Scheduling my saline sonogram today, and FMLA paperwork has been started for intermittent leave during my IVF cycle, so that's 2 more hurdles nearly cleared before we get to begin. Deep breaths in and out....
UPDATE: Date with the dildocam is scheduled for next Tuesday....praying for good results and ha healthy uterus.
Glad to hear you are moving forward! Hope all of these hurdles are passed with ease!
ReplyDeletedildocam...ha! love it!
ReplyDeleteMy husband also has no swimmers :( so we are on very similar journeys. We are currently in our 2nd IUI cycle...hopefully, we will get our BFPs this month :) I send prayers your way! What cryobank did you use for your donor? Ours was a very smoothe process...
ReplyDeleteWe went through cryogentics as well and have been very happy thus far. Sperm counts have been good, speedy service. We did have an issue with the price of our original donor going up, and the fact we should've been notified since we had purchased him weeks before - but other than that, I am very happy with them. Yes, best of luck on your IVF! I have a friend that is going through IVF; their Beta is tomorrow :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your first cycle of IVF...I would like to say that despite all your setbacks I can see you are in a fighting mood to acheive your pregnancy! Good for you both. Remember, it is not a matter of whether you can have that baby, but just a matter of what you are willing to do to get it. The path to parenthood is varied and sometimes fraught with pain, but once you get there it is well worth it. We tried for 12 years, & me an RE!, with our BFP w/IVF when my wife was 38 yrs. Never say never! Good luck! ICLW #7
